Hiram C. Robinson, 61, 313 Beech street, died Sunday night at the Rockville sanitarium. He had been ill several months. Born Sept, 15, 1886, in Garrett county, Ky., Mr. Robinson was the son of Arthur and Betty Burdette Robinson. He was a member of the Second baptist church and a veteran of World War I. Surviving are the widow, Betty Lynn Robinson; eleven children, Hiram, Jr. of Newport W. Va., Willie, in service with the Navy, Frank of Danville, Ill., Mrs. Anna B. Wooden, of this city, and Cecil Robert, Betty Lou, Mary Alice, Bertha, Emma, and Beverly, all at home; three brothers, Jake of Lancaster, Ky., and Joseph and John both of Crawfordsville; a sister, Mrs. Frank Sanders, of Gallitin, Tenn., and three grandchildren. Friends may pay their respects at the Hunt and Son Funeral home. The American Legion will conduct military rites at the grave site. The time and place the funeral will be announced later.
